Do you have a screenshot of it? I'll have to look back at the episode to find it. Thank you for commenting!

No. I don't. Sorry. And you're most certainly welcome, my friend. Like the new avatar, by the way.

Aw! Well, this little avatar here is when Bakura and Kaiba had fought one another in Dawn of the Duel. It's my all-time favorite episode. Actually, I LOVE the finale, because Bakura finally gets his chance to become the antagonist. The reason I love the finale so much is that we are told of Bakura's past. But hearing his story was so sad.

Yeah I liked the finale too. I didn't expect that Bakura would be the final villain! I thought he was just a side enemy. XD

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-03-31 23:15:49 +0000 UTC]

Nope! He was the true main antagonist all along. Weird, I know, because I didn't think that it would be like that. But if you think of it, he and The Pharaoh have had a very long hatred toward one another, so it would make sense. After all, they are five thousand year old enemies. The only character who had freaked me out the most was probably Marik's dark side.

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-03-31 23:49:59 +0000 UTC]

I agree, Marik's dark side was one of the weirdest characters in the series. Bakura was a better villain for Yugi/Yami because they had history in the past.

Mmm-hmm. I remember when The Pharaoh had fought against him in the Shadow Realm in the third season. I really didn't like it when the creators had showed Marik wearing Bakura's Ring around his neck like a trophy. After watching that episode, I had actually cried my eyes out because I had really missed the Spirit of the Ring. And when they had showed that flashback of Bakura getting attacked by Ra, I was devastated. I know Bakura isn't real, but I do care a lot for the character more than the others. I had watched the third season on Nicktoons and the second season on Vortexx , Nicktoons included. I had watched ALL 224 episodes on KidsWB, actually. The only show that I really hate is Yu-Gi-Oh ZEXAL.

Bakura loses almost every duel, you notice?  The only one he won is the one against Bones, I think.
I'm not interested in other ygo series though Yusei seems cool.

Yes, I know. But hey, at least he had tried his best in those Duels. Speaking of Bonz, did you notice the look on his face when Bakura decided to scare him with Headless Knight? That was priceless! I always laugh at that. Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's was actually pretty awesome and I had remembered that Ted Lewis was voicing one of the characters in there. That's the whole reason I had watched 5D's.

Yes I remember that part! ^^ I liked the scenes where Bakura was facing those street guys, pretty cool. XD
Ted Lewis voices a lot of villains, like Giovanni from Pokemon.  Yeah he was voicing that blond guy right?  He sounds EXACTLY like Ryo with the British accent, it's kind of creepy lol.

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-02 08:00:49 +0000 UTC]

He voiced Giovanni? Whoa! I didn't know that! Sadly, I've lost all interest in Pokémon. I had stopped watching it completely when they had gotten up to X and Y, including XYZ. Bonnie got on my nerves so much! GAH! I mean, she talked way too much and she had whined all the time. That ruined Pokémon for me. Thanks a lot, Cartoon Network! Pokémon XYZ comes on Saturdays now, but I don't watch it. Ever. Dan Green had voiced Entei and Lucario in the Pokémon series. He was the voice of Lucario when Ash fought Maylene with Buizel. Yeah. Ted did the voice for the blond guy. He did a pretty good job, but in my personal opinion, he did a thousand times better as the Spirit of the Millennium Ring in the last season of Yu-Gi-Oh.

Who's Bonnie?  No one really annoys me in Pokemon except for the newer characters. I like the original characters better. xD
Bakura sounds a bit different in the beginning... his voice is raspier during the Duelist Kingdom arc but it gets smoother by the last season.  I always wondered what was up with that.

Bonnie is a character who was introduced in the brand new Pokémon season, X and Y. I just fell in love with Bakura's smoother voice in the last season. I think that his voice in the finale was very sexy in my opinion. I noticed that Bakura's voice did get a little smoother. Ted still did an excellent job as the Spirit of the Ring.

I know! I can't stop getting shivers down my spine each time I hear his voice! I had remembered when I had watched the second season on Vortexx, I had seen the episode where he had went to the Domino Museum and when I had heard his voice, I really did shiver.

Some say Yami Yugi has the sexiest voice but I actually think Yami Bakura does.   It is very evil and succulent.

Nah. No one can have the most sexiest voice like Bakura. No man on Earth can ever compare to his sexiness and gorgeousness. He is a beautiful man with gorgeous eyes that remind me of chocolate. You can hypnotized by just looking at them. Season 5 does very good, and I mean VERY good close ups of his eyes, like during his talk with The Pharaoh in the rain and during his fight with Kaiba.

I think he looked his best in the finale.  The long black trench-coat was very sexy! XD  And his hair was longer. XD

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-05 04:10:37 +0000 UTC]

He looked very, VERY sexy! I agree. I noticed that his hair was a longer. That man is just too beautiful. Wow. It's amazing what four years can do to you. Did you see the wrinkles on his face? Those were from stress that he was having. But the wrinkles look like burns to me.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-04-05 05:58:41 +0000 UTC]

Wrinkles? Bakura is too young to have wrinkles. XD  Those looked like hatching marks that the artists do.  It's just a way to darken things.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-05 18:52:26 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, that's what I had thought. I believed that those were burns from Slifer and Ra, since Bakura had faced both of them at the same time. The artists did a really good job on the Spirit's face. He always looked like he was in his twenties to me.

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-04-05 19:54:30 +0000 UTC]

Y. Bakura definitely looks older.  I also liked the duel between Bakura and Yugi during Battle City, and pretty much all his duels since Bakura rarely gets any screentime. >.<

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-05 21:11:53 +0000 UTC]

Yeah. That was my most favorite battle, too, but I liked the battle with Marik's dark side and the Spirit had to help the good Marik out. But my most favorite battle with The Pharaoh and Bakura was probably the one in the last season, where Bakura had suddenly shown up in the Shadow Realm with his enemy so that he could tell him how to play the Ultimate Shadow Game. That was a truly epic experience, because we didn't know that Bakura was controlling the game until we had heard his voice.

His personality kind of changed in the last season, in my opinion.  He became more determined, calm, and suave IMO. ^_^ XD Before he was just always in the background trying to start trouble and hiding lol.

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-07 04:08:42 +0000 UTC]

Yes, I noticed that Bakura was a lot more mature in the final season, but he always loved to mess with his opponents' heads. I really did love how determined and calm he was. I loved it how he would always act cool, especially during the finale when he was so confident that his enemy was going to lose the Shadow Game.

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-04-07 06:21:25 +0000 UTC]

Confidence is very sexy. Bakura is also cunning and smart. Marik is the same but he's more cocky and brash. Bakura is more low-key in my opinion.

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-07 08:09:18 +0000 UTC]

Not only did I love Bakura for his confidence, but I had also loved his sarcasm, not to mention his jokes in the finale. Whenever he laughs or chuckles in the fifth season, I always want to laugh along with him. He's such a smart aleck. The Spirit of the Ring certainly is intelligent and crafty, in his very own special way and that's why I like him more than the other characters. He's more mature than those meddlesome twits in my personal opinion. Bakura is a very, very sexy man. I did notice that his eyes had changed from black to brown in some of the finale's episodes. I love the English version more because I had grown up with it. I had seen all of the episodes on KidsWB, which had led to the finale. That's actually where I had started loving Yu-Gi-Oh.

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-07 08:42:08 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I guess I don't like the main characters, sorry to say that. Some of them just get on my nerves from time to time. I guess I can get really irritated by the main characters. Bakura was the only character who had truly caught my attention. The only reason I like him more is because he's mysterious, funny, cool, sarcastic and he's very charming. There's no other guy like him out there. Bakura is a very special man. I just love the color of his eyes. They always remind me of chocolate. He has the most gorgeous eyes ever. It's like you can drown in those pretty eyes. But his sexy voice is what always causes me to get shivers down my spine.

I agree with most of what you said. Bakura is a very sexy villain indeed! I like Kaiba too but I don't find him attractive in that way.

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-07 17:32:29 +0000 UTC]

Thanks. The creators did an excellent job in making Bakura more mature for the finale. Don't you find some of the main characters annoying? I loved it when Bakura had lowered his head a little and his white bangs had covered his face a little bit while his arms were crossed over his chest in the episode Name of the Game. The Spirit does some of the most sexiest poses in the finale. I also liked his Season 2 poses, but the ones in Season 5 will always be my number one favorite.

Not really. The main characters just grew on me. I even like Tristan. XD Though Yugi's high-pitched yelling during the last duel was a tad bit annoying. I like most all the ygo characters (except for a few filler ones).

I liked Joey a little bit. OMG, he was so hilarious in the finale! He had me laughing like crazy, especially in the episode, where, after Bakura had froze everyone, he was frozen in front of a woman and he had said, 'I can think of worse situations to be stuck in!' Not to be rude, but Tea's talking really was annoying to me during the final duel and in the Final Journey, especially after The Pharaoh had left. I was happy when Bakura had told Yugi's fanclub to shut up.

I find it interesting how Bakura/Zorc pretends to be their friend. He is truly the devil in disguise! XD

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-08 03:04:55 +0000 UTC]

Yes. Bakura really was playing his role perfectly until the very finale. I liked it how he had gotten his own episode, marking his return and how, from there, he had became the brand new antagonist.

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-04-08 05:24:25 +0000 UTC]

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-08 05:53:32 +0000 UTC]

I see. I was surprised when Bakura had ended up being the antagonist for the finale. At first, I thought that they were going to introduce a brand new villain after Dartz, Marik's dark side and Noah, but I never would've thought that it would be the Spirit of the Ring.

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-04-08 07:18:04 +0000 UTC]

Me neither, Yami Bakura just seemed like a meddling side-villain but he really showed his true self towards the end. I think it was very genius of Kazuki Takahashi to make him the final villain like that.

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-08 10:20:26 +0000 UTC]

I think that was what I had loved the most about Bakura, when he had showed his true intentions. He had a plan going on in his head the entire time in the second season, regarding the Millennium Items and uncovering The Pharaoh's secrets and we {the audience}, were the only ones who had known of Bakura's plans, which I think is very cool. I also liked it when we were the only ones who had known of the Spirit's existence in Season 2 and what his plans were.

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-09 00:00:22 +0000 UTC]

Eh, I really didn't care for the Ryo/Tea parts. I've read the entire story already and I have to say the parts where Bakura, the Spirit, had always tried to get his own way by taking advantage of Tea, like in chapter 51, 58, 52 and 60. I also liked chapters 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 28, including chapters 7, 8 and 14, the second half of the chapter in where Bakura had shoved Tea against the mat and kissed her.

Omg, Bakura sounds like a harasser.... I do see him being aggressive and intrusive in everything tho.  Poor Ryo's really wimpy in this story. XD  He has a bit more backbone in the canon series.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-09 06:28:32 +0000 UTC]

The reason I didn't like the story much was because it had way too many spelling errors. I didn't even like Bakura stalking 'the little cheerleader'. Be aware that the author will switch between Ryo and Bakura constantly. That had thrown me off, because she had kept using Ryo and then Bakura. It was so very confusing.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-04-09 20:12:18 +0000 UTC]

I think I read the part where Tea and Ryo are doing it and Yami Bakura just switches with Ryo in the middle of it.  That is very, very awkward.  Ryo is not even supposed to remember the times he's possessed according to canon, so yeah...
I don't like constant switching either, it's more like possession rather than simply changing people.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-09 21:37:13 +0000 UTC]

Yeah. When I watched the TV show, when I was at the fifth season, when The Pharaoh had killed Bakura, Ryo couldn't even remember being possessed by the Spirit of the Ring. In the finale, I remember Ryo saying that he was being chased by something and couldn't remember what it was and then he had fallen unconscious. I know what part where you're on, but I already know what happens in the next chapter. If the author had seen Yu-Gi-Oh and had learned how Bakura had often possessed his vessel, then I think that Deserted Distractions would've been written a little bit better. Speaking of constant switching, I kind of liked it, how, in the finale, the TV show would switch between the present day {our present} and the past. Deserted Distractions, though...I really have nothing to add with that constant switching between Bakura and Ryo, including changing the character's name from Ryo then Bakura, when we all know that Bakura is the Spirit of the Millennium Ring and Ryo is his vessel's name. I think the name Bakura fits the Spirit very well.

ZorctheDemented In reply to Jazzymusic1991 [2016-04-10 02:10:30 +0000 UTC]

I'm already at the part where Bakura wants to erase Tea's memory. This is very uncomfortable because then Tea will never know all the nasty things she did with the Spirit. People should know those kinds of things. Yami Bakura is a mix of Zorc & the past thief Bakura so I guess the name does suit him. ^.^ I heard that the name "Bakura" means thunder or lightening or something.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Jazzymusic1991 In reply to ZorctheDemented [2016-04-10 20:04:57 +0000 UTC]

Wow. I never knew that the Spirit's name had meant that. That's pretty cool. Well, I mean, it does fit Bakura's personality, since he's always malicious. The man is evil, but you can't help but fall in love with his sexiness. And yes, I know. THAT part may have been uncomfortable for you, but wait what Bakura does next to Tea in the following chapter of Deserted Distractions. That's going to make you a thousand times uncomfortable. I had read the part where the Spirit and Tea did 'the nasty' in the school on that old couch. I gagged. Did you read that part? Where they were on the couch?
