Actually, Batman is afraid of Plastic Man, i can't remember in what issue, but, it's in one of the Justice League comics, after the Obsidian Age sotry line.

Its in the Fernus story, as well as something in Batman: The Dark Knight Strikes Again. I'd still give Batman the edge though, merely because he takes himself more seriously than Eel O'Brian

Ah, obviously, Batman is more serious, but that's what's cool of their "partnership" that they are complete opposites. The trial by fire story and the dork knight returns line in JLA was just great because of that

It has been so long since I saw this fella last. What a character, bouncy, full of life.. His son wasn't half bad, either..o0. Love this piece. Really protrays his flexibility.
