My take on Sparrow. A bit cartoony. Hope he even looks like himself, and isn't too lopsided.

Looks very much like him. This is very nicely done, indeed. Good job! Only now I compare this with the PotC Zurg/Warp, lol... And I must say I can't decide which one of them is my favourite pirate!

It's awesome how you implement photoshop without ever leaving a trace of it! In my personal opinion, its best to use digital manipulation in a way that "tricks" (for lack of a better word) the viewer into not even knowing whether the pic has even been touched by a computer. That's definitely successful here in giving this a beautiful aged look. hmm...hmm......really bad eggs...

Well, that was what I was heading for with this; to achieve a sort of "drawing on an aged parchment" -look, so that the manipulation wouldn't too much stand out. Glad to hear if it worked.

Excelente work!! This looks exactly like the character ^_^! I love the background with the map of the Caribbean islands and Cuba. I like the coloring too, very crayon or charcoaly. Kinda makes it look old like it was drawn back in that day. Plus faves!

Thanks for the comment and the favs! ^_^ I was wondering wether someone'd notice the map. Modified it off from some scan; the islands were something like neon green in the original and other junk. :S Took a while to make the old parchment look. Just basically adding a lot of texture maps and putting it through an amount of different filters.
