Description [WARNING: these drawings are about 2-4 years old... -_- bear with it.]

I was too lazy to redo this... never kill the classics I say! It's such an old drawing (they all are), it's hard to replace the originals, you know? Your first ever drawings? :: sigh :: Yeah...

Anyways, As the crew travels across the hot desert of Alabasta, Jenka wears a snazzy blue and grey robe with a cool red head-dress. Only while walking through the desert does she wear her bandana and shoes. She's not girly like the others. ^^

Not really. But this early on in her story she's very stubborn and hardened herself against the crew and not wanting to make friends or show care.

Like I said, she doesn't trust her but at that point it was the end of her first real big adventure with the crew so she didn't trust anyone

It wasn't until after Skypiea that she finally fully trusted her. She gets along better with her now than Nami, then again she never really got along with Nami.

I need to do covering coats, too. Wah...now I've got too many things on my to-do list. Maybe I'll make Crystie do some of them. But like I said before, Jenka looks awesome in red. I like the red head cover over the gray.

Haha I'm sorry!! all I wanted to do was show Jenka's different forms in One Piece, and I caused you to go crazy with drawing ideas. GOMENASAI!!!! lol Forgive me...?
To tell yout the truth, when I mostly draw Jenka she's wearing grey, red, and/or navy blue. They're awesome colors on her.

Yeah, you caused me to go insane. Thanks a lot, Lacy. Haha!! Just kidding! Naw, I'm not going crazy. This actually gives me something to do instead of being braindead for a while and then thinking up an idea at the worst moment (like during the holidays!!). So, uh, thanks...or something.

My favorite is the red. But I know what you mean about uniform-type styles. Like, I mostly draw Kirisiti in purple, black, and blue outfits, and Mesumi is most often in black and pink or green. Keeping in with themes like that is cool.

haha Well, I'm glad to give you ideas and something to do I guess. So uh... yeah, good luck and have fun~! I luv doing stuff like this to my One Piece character~!

I noticed the color pattern to your characters... coolies~! I tend to do that too with mine as well, not just Jenka. I just like keeping my characters in the colors they look good in. It just looks better to me.

I know what you mean. Like, I constantly draw Kirisiti in purple and blue, and I draw Mesumi in black a lot, either with pink or green. Keeping in with themes like that is hard when you run out of ideas for patterns. But that's when creativity comes into play!

The same clors just look better over and over agian on the characters. I know exaclty what you mean. Plus it's easy to remember a certain character that way. They stick out and you rmember them better.

GOMENASAI~!!!!!! I had work AAAAAAALLLLLLLL weekend and it sucked! Since it's getting closer to the holidays, work wants me in more hours. So by the time I was off work, it was about midnight or so your time. I get off @ 9:30pm. But starting this week, I get off at 10pm since our hours are longer for the holidays. GAAAAAAAAAH!!! NO SOCIAL LIFE!!!! I haven't drawn much lately... it's making me sad... >.< I'll try again this weekend if I can. I PROMISE!!

That's true! It works for most of the characters in One Piece. Like, we always remember Zoro because of his trademark color--green!

okies... sorry for the delay response... I've been having MAJOR MAJOR family problems and to tell you the truth, I got kicked outta my house, so I'm living with a friend for now. So all comments, responses, piccies, etc will be delayed and such for now. GOMEN! I still think aboutcha everyday whenever I watch One Piece and snuggle with my Zoro plushie during these hard times. You're in my thoughts~! ^_- Oh! And I think your present may arrive slightly late to your place (I hope not, but then again I can't control the speed of mail) so yeah~! Luv ya~!!
