Personality: Kind, graceful, polite and charming, Impetus possesses an incredibly warm and doting character that can win the trust and liking of all people. He is approachable, social and easy to talk to, seemingly born to belong in spotlight, to entertain and to entice, to capture and hold anyone's attention with his elegant stature, melodic voice, beauty and warm smile. His kindness, however, should not be taken for weakness, as he is one of the biggest celebrities in Mymis, the pseudo-leader of the Eastern Monarchs, actually. He is strong-willed, determined, courageous and will do what is best for his people and country, no matter what obstacles he must defeat on the way or morals he must ignore. He is an excellent leader, opportunist and manipulator. He can twist even a smallest chance to work into his favor, though he is very charismatic and smooth about it and very few are able to notice his antics.
Profession: One of fourteen Eastern Monarchs of Mymis, sixteen of all Monarchs, and Guardian of Fire. Monarchs, as the name suggest, rule Mymis as its highest authority, even above law; those of Eastern Court being in charge of safekeeping their subjects, presiding over military, police force, judicial system, medical system and some more. Impetus personally is most invested and talented in intelligence and inspecting part of his job, gathering information on anything and everything he can get his claws on to help in any ministry, as well as making sure his subordinates are kept in line with frequent visits and, sometimes, a wide, toothy smile that hides a thinly-veiled threat.
Skills and Abilities:
- Element- Impetus has one element, Dark Fire, that he mastered to its peak, to a Guardian level. His flame is black-colored, with its insides being indigo, like his chest.
- Fire Stream- An ability to summon or breathe fire from his mouth, the stream is exceedingly powerful and forceful, not just able to torch beings alive but to throw them quite far away; it is very easily summoned (so much so he unconsciously breathes small portions of fire and smoke when angry/exasperated/excited/laughing)
- Laser- A rare ability to concentrate Fire Stream into more thin, direct attack, swifter and dealing far more damage than normal, so hot it immediately turns rock it hits into molten lava.
- Fire Manipulation- Other than breathing, Impetus is capable of summoning and controlling fire in any way, from making fireballs out of thin air and hurdling them at enemies, spontaneously combusting objects and beings, lighting materials with only his mind, raising and lowering his or even other fire, even surrounding an object in it and lifting it in a form of telekinesis.
- Ignition- Ability to set any part of his body (or the entirety of it) ablaze and using it for both offensive and defensive techniques.
- Heating- Impetus can raise heat on any of his body part, particularly fond of doing it on his metal claws, blades and teeth as it makes their attack power higher, as well being able to dry off quickly when drenched in snow or water.
- Fire Gun- A technique he invented himself, it is a minor form of laser, summoned from his paw and firing a single portion of fire, small, but very quick and destructive, like a bullet.
- Peak Physcial Condition and Grandmaster Combatant- Almost perfect physical condition due to decades of rigorous training and special diet, balancing raw physical prowess well with agility and speed. He prefers evasive combat with his master reflexes and flexible body, dancing around enemies and striking when they drop their guard, but is able to force his way through their defenses if short on time or patience. He is a master of stealth and acrobatics and can move soundlessly through an extended area and observe everything without anyone being aware of his presence.
- Genius-level intellect- Impetus is a Monarch heavily educated from early age in manners of military strategy, law enforcement, laws in general, in-depth medicine and others, not to mention developed amazing perception, attention to detail, quick thinking and deduction.
Backstory: Impetus was born to parents Fiadente and Alzara in Mymis, in an average noble family. He grew to be a bright, darling child, timid and anxious and not having many friends as such, but he claimed he did not need them, for he was basking in the love and adoration of his parents and piblings. They all worked in military and while never pressured and even slightly discouraged, he wanted to follow in their pawprints and thus trained from early age in every aspect one could find (methods being very creative and fun actually, braiding his mom's hair to be more delicate, patient and dexterous, playing chess with his uncle to learn strategy and the like), growing to be a prodigy. His happy childhood ended abruptly one day, when his aunt Cerera returned from a mission, without his parents who were also a part of it. Distraught, she told them they were now in a war and that Aden and Alzara were killed in the first attack. And thus began a dark, dark period for Senotra-Ruzer family. Impetus would for months barely leave his room, sleep and eat, drowning in his grief and eventually, to distract himself from the pain, he created a new one and trained restlessly, gaining many serious injuries, some so severe even his aunt Akiki--a master healer--couldn't heal, such as the tears in his wings that remained to this day. Seeing his self-destructive behavior, Akiki suggested he enroll in GES--Guardians' Elemental School--perhaps even compete for the position of an Eastern Heir. He accepted, mostly because he didn't have better--or any--aspirations in mind and, unsurprisingly, he was quickly given the permanent position. He however was not friendly with either Guardians or Apprentices, but they nevertheless tries to include and talk to him when they could. After about a year passed, anger subsided into numbness as well his disdain towards his future siblings into confusion, why are they so kind when he was so rude? Eventually he started reciprocating, talking back and being in their company, working tirelessly for another year to heal and be better, and heal he did. It took him a long time to learn to live with grief and adapt to this new life--more than a dozen years in fact--but every day was a new chance for growth, and grow he did into a celebrated, adored Monarch, third oldest but considered the leader nonetheless for his amazing leadership, love and intelligence.

- Due to the shape of his wings, he is able to fly very quickly and make sharp turns, even if they are torn
- He loves all kinds of fish and all products of fish, his favorite meal being smoked swordfish
- Despite being a fire dragon, he likes to swim and dive, especially at bigger areas like seas
- He has a beautiful voice and likes to sing all the time, silence is not an option for him. Castle residents learned that if it is too quiet for too long, Impetus is either away or sick
- He can play guitar excellently; piano as well but not as masterfully
- He can speak Zacenien fluently and loves to hum songs in it
- Smiles all the time. Literally. It is very unusual to see him without one, the only difference is that they soften or grow depending on the circumstance
- ^Despite smiling all the goddamn time, the smiles that indicate when he's happiest are actually...the smallest and most faded. Just lips hooked upwards a little, no cheshire-vampire grin
- When he was a kid, his hair was longer, neater and bangs swept to the right side of his face, kinda mimicking his mom. But when she died, there was too much resemblance whenever he'd look in a mirror so he cut it into something resembling today's cut
- Feels most comfortable at his birth house in Kaltses Region with his uncle, aunts and cousin. Palace is nice and all with his sibs, but...it's not it. In the house he knew from day one, with people who knew him from day one, he feels happiest and most himself. (I can totally imagine him lightly happy-crying himself to sleep every time he stays over)
