No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you, Real Michael does indeed have a Mega Evolution like all Lopunny. Unlike all Lopunny, however, his Mega Evolution is specialised, being radically different yet similar to a normal Mega Lopunny. It changes his typing to Electric/Dark, rather than Normal/Fighting. His electrical powers become amplified, and most importantly, due to the Mega Stone he uses hosting an energy akin to Darkinium Z, he can also use the Dark Z-move, Black Hole Eclipse.
