I've always wanted to draw Chii, but never have. I really really really loved the Chobits manga when I was little, and I recently bought them all.

I draw in Flash, so in order to get small lines, I had to zoom in. So I drew it all at 400%, which was a bad idea, 'cause I had so many lines from her hair that I messed up in several places. I'm still sort of satisfied with how it came out, though, and added a simple background, since most of my arts lack some.
