My second DTA for 's July Altus DTA! I love this little guy so much, that I couldn't help but try for him XD

Name: Napoleon
Nicknames: Shorty, Nappy, Leon (usually gives people this nickname in place of his full name)
Age: Young Adult, roughly around 118 years
Sex: Male
Orientation: Straight (though makes people wonder sometimes)
Species: Altus
Class: Rare, Strength
Faction: Breeze
Element: Fire
Height: 7'5"
Weight: 680 lbs
Personality: A friendly little guy who just so happens to suffer from a minor case of Napoleon complex, thanks to being born with the dwarf mutation. Even though he can friendly, as stated, he tends to be overly aggressive and domineering whenever he's put in contact with others of the Strength class, feeling the need to make up for his lack of size in a more vocal way. Leon is usually at his best when around those of the Speed class. Even if they're a bit bigger than him, his strength would still let him pin them down in a tussle, which is usually the confidence booster he needs.
Likes: Fruit, nuts, any type of vegetation, climbing trees (better at it than most Strength thanks to his dwarf mutation), pruning his wings and rump feathers, wrestling with other classes.
Dislikes: Overly cooked meat, most strength class (not all tho), feeling inferior, having his feathers plucked, rainy days, being in one place too long.
Background: Being born with the rare dwarf mutation made things a little difficult growing up for Napoleon. His father was a strength of a large size, while his mother was about average for their class. This wasn't too bad for the small guy, belonging to the Breeze faction, which was made up mostly of Speed class. But the other Strength class always made him feel awkward, especially when it came to his father. He wasn't a mean Altus, but he did push his son hard, wanting him to be skillful with what he had to make up for his lack of size. While a lot of the lessons took to him, Leon mostly preferred to spend his time hanging out in the higher branches of the trees, mostly running and jumping from branch of branch. He often got into fights with the other younger strength classes, who often liked poking fun at his size. Things came to a head one night when he managed to get another youth into a choke hold using his tail, almost strangling him before Leon was pulled off. "At least it stopped them bothering me." He'd say whenever he was asked about the incident, but wouldn't go into detail about it. Needless to say, he started staying clear of other Strength class, though whenever he'd be forced into contact, that's when his complex would take a turn for the worse, causing him to react aggressively. Then one day, he ran into Mazzik, though the larger Altus didn't even pay him a bit of mind as he continued on his travels. For some unknown reason, this caused the feisty dwarf unending curiosity, resulting in him tagging along with the silent Altus. To this day, Napoleon wonders what caused Mazzik to put up with his company. Memories of someone now lost maybe? He hopes to know one day. For now, he's content with seeing what the Frontier has to offer as they travel.
Extra:
-Suffers from the rare dwarf mutation, making him at least 50% smaller and lighter than a normal Strength class.
-Most of this anthro clothing consist of tank tops and shorts, thanks to the fact that he enjoys flexing his limbs and showing off.
-The fifth spine on his neck was broken in a fight he had with a fellow Strength youth.
-Thanks to his fabulous crest, he draws quite a few gazes, much to his companion, Mazzik's, annoyance. Especially since it usually causes the smaller Altus to start flicking his head around, 'like some vain peacock'.
-Tends to get frustrated easily when he's confronted with a situation that he doesn't like, or a problem that he can't figure out. That's when he usually has to fall back on Mazzik, who he's starting to see as an older brother.
