Someone has gotten the drop on Saiya-girl! And now that they've discovered she is in fact the daughter of Hercule they have even more plans for her.
Just a simple pic I've had sitting around for like a year. I noticed that nobody (at least that I've seen) has done Videl in her Saiya-girl outfit so I decided to do it myself.

Or better yet. We hold Videl hostage and we'll let her go if one of 2 conditions are met:
1: Hercule must tell to the whole world he's not the hero who won the Cell Games and that it was Gohan. Also, Hercule must tell the world he's not the hero who defeated Kid Buu that it was Goku who finished Kid Buu off with the Spirit Bomb.
or
2: Hercule will pay us *Dr. Evil's them plays* one hundred billion dollars!
If neither of these conditions are met within ten days, we will force Videl to fight Android #18 and it will be live for the whole world to see!

Couple'a things there, chief.
There's maybe a handful of people who know Satan didn't kill Cell. Gohan's too humble to take credit and I'm sure Bulma talked Vegeta down from exposing the truth. The others probably just honored Gohan's wishes (knowing he did it was likely enough, plus he avenged Goku's death). Satan's flunkies are dumb enough to be fooled by his explanation. Besides... Satan technically DID save the world from both Cell and Buu (Throwing Android 16's head within earshot is the catalyst that got Gohan to transform, and Satan directly influenced the people of Earth to give their energy to Goku).
