Wow this is really powerful! I like how you saturated or desaturated (or whatever you did to the colour, i'm not really keen on the names for that kind of thing . The whole thing works really wells together as a piece! The metaphor of a heart (I'm assuming your heart) out on a clothesline is so striking and true! I've experienced this feeling and have (probably if I'm reading it right) been through the same experience you describe in the poem. Altogether very touching
