Meet the chef of the Hurricane Pirates:

"Rampage" Hall

Bounty: 86 million beli

Hall is a fairly tall man (well average compared to some of the huge guys in one piece) topping off at around 6'5".

He ate the Rhino Rhino no Mi and one of the 3 devil fruit users of the crew.

Hall is a quiet man who rarely speaks but when he does it's usually just a one word phrase (or when he's shouting an attack name). Hall's cooking can be described as simple. He's not into extravagant meals and long preparations. He's more focused on keeping his crew fed and full whenever they get hungry; whether it's in the middle of the night or even if he's on the brink of death.

Hall has super human strength even when not in Rhino mode and is a capable brawler style fighter (headbutting, eye gouging, groin kicking, etc.) His main attack in Rhino Mode however is called "Stampede" where he launches himself into an enemy at extremely high speeds, pushing his muscles to their limits and exhausting most of his caloric intake which makes it a pretty risky move.

He's originally from South Blue.

I haven't really thought of a good dream for Hall yet, but if anyone has ANY suggestions I'm always open for them.
