This is a great piece! The soft shading is nice, and it all looks insanely realistic! The front arm and face shape is great, but the back arm looks misshapen, and incorrect perspectively. The facial expression doesn't match the pose, and although it is a very dynamic one, the face would look a little more.. determined. Overall, ignoring these small details, the piece is very well put together. The background is good, but doesn't draw attention from the subject, another positive.
