It's not a true vector if you use filters like blur and smudge.
It is a nice picture though.

Then again, all my vectors arent true vectors because it uses Photoshop and the paths cannot be resized and are based on Raster Layers

wow that's amazing how you gave the illusion of 3d with the shading. For a vector drawing the light and dark levels blend together so smoothly. Everyone said something about the hair so i will too: Strands!! yay details!

Ah, but i am a fan, sort of anyway so this sure made me smile and say 'whoa shit' Full view would be recommended, not for the sake of loving the artist but for the sheer pleasure of the details of hair, shine of the necklace and the eyes and even the mouth AND the little buckle of her dress! lol but that by no means should say we dont love you,

Whoa that's killer. Really realistic, and the details are just awesome. I recognized who it was as soon as I saw the thumbnail. I really love the hair, it's so detailed and nice looking. I don't really like her make-up stuff too much, makes her look like a whore, but that's probably how she looks anyways
