So many reasons to love this image, but chiefly: It's fun, totally digging the theme, and it shows the Strawhats doing something a lot of people can relate to as being a fun and classic thing you do with good friends, which makes it easy to relate to and brings out that lovable quality in the characters. I only wish that Chopper's face had more expression to it.

well, I like that One Piece has such spontaneous characters because it makes drawing so much fun and, easy! Especially at the pencilling process, the Strawhats somehow splat themselves into the composition without having me think too hard about arrangement. I guess this could still be improved, but I'm glad it fulfills the 'fun' side of fanart :'D
