Here's the fifth fan art. He's the face of Twisted Metal and possibly the most scariest killer clown in the world. Its Needles "Sweet Tooth" Kane!!

Commonly known by his alias, Sweet Tooth, and by his tabloid name, The Ice Cream Truck Killer, Needles Kane is a serial killer who dresses as a clown and drives around in an ice cream truck which he uses to lure people to him and kill them. For 3 years he was kept away in the nuthouse they call Blackfield Asylum and these have been very painful years. Not because he was bored as there was no one to kill though, but because he had to endure a painful curse that was cast upon him by an elderly preacher during his execution. Ever since that failed execution, Needles' bald head have been on fire and the burning sensation was taking its toll. He couldn't stand it no more. How he wished that flame on his head would stop burning him alive. Well, he might just get his wish. One night, Calypso pays him a visit and invites him to fight in Twisted Metal. Needles couldn't be bothered at first. But when Calypso told him that he can get rid of his curse by simply winning his contest, Needles became interested. Being a serial killer, Needles had the urge to kill Calypso that very moment just for the hell of it, but decided to play his little game first so that he could free himself from his curse. Calypso can wait...

After defeating Minion (his split personality ironically) and getting knocked out by debris, Needles recalls about his past achievements as a serial killer, how he was caught and finally cursed. When he was a free man, Needles committed a lot of gruesome murders. He was very popular on the news as nearly everyday there must always be news about his killings. He was also not new to massacres as well. All of these made him the most feared man in Midtown and possibly everywhere. Eventually good times had to end when he was finally caught. He was charged on many counts of murder and was sentenced to death by the electric chair. On the day of his execution, an elderly preacher was watching him as he was strapped to the chair, waiting for his sentence to be carried out. Needles didn't cared much. But when he was being electrocuted, the preacher began shouting some stuff. Suddenly, flames blazed over Needles' head. Provoked by the sudden blaze, Needles broke free from the chair and attempted to escaped. The guards on duty were able to pin him down but soon were overpowered by him. They were all killed trying to stop him from escaping. The preacher, who was no longer around when Needles became enraged, left behind the killer's clown mask which he later put back on. Needles was once again caught and since the electric chair didn't work, the authorities decided to throw him into Blackfield Asylum where he can carry out an alternate sentence: life imprisonment. Ever since then, Needles had to endure the pain of his burning head, with each passing day the burning became worse.

After winning Twisted Metal, Needles went to see Calypso who had promised him a cure for his curse. He gave Needles a vial containing the blood of the preacher who cursed him. The preacher happened to be the same one who also entered the contest under the alias "Brimstone". Calypso told Needles to drink the blood and the curse will go away. However, there was a catch. Should he return to his killing ways, the cure will wear off and the burning would resume. He had to decide. Put an end to the burning at the cost of giving up his sadistic hobby or remain as a killer clown whose life is made miserable by the burning. Eventually, he came to his decision. It didn't take him longer than 10 seconds to decide. He refused the prize, dropping it to the ground and stomping it with his foot. He then took out his knife and slit Calypso's neck. Leaving Calypso to die at the junkyard, Needles sped through the night in search of more people to kill. Over the course of the contest, he had learnt to adapt with the burning. The flames on his head have become a part of him now and this will be his trademark burning hair. Everyone will know that this trademark belongs to the most fearsome serial killer who has ever walked the earth. As for why he refused his prize, well, let's face it boys and girls: a man has his own priorities...

Undoubtedly, Needles has gone back to killing people just for the fun of it. Unknown to him however, his younger brother and his robotic companion, their reanimated dead father, are out to kill him before he could do anymore damage...

And now he's coming back this year with his crew of equally sadistic, psychotic mass murdering killer clowns who are out to wreck havoc upon the world once again!
