Description These two are very famous mind controlling psychics but there can only be ONE who is the greatest? So who's better? For me, well:

Yuri...no seriously.

In game, Yuri can directly mind control anyone, robot include (don't believe me? Terror drone), he can also mind control people without need to see them in the eyes (in red alert 2 intro and several times he mind control vehicle), and can can control them as many times as he want. He also got longer distant of control (one continent to another in the intro).
He's also a tactician, not as good as Lulouch but he got mind blast so you know...he win.

Well, he got ionized and came back, but he did have huge burn on half of his face, which is why he wore that face plate.

At the end of Tiberian Sun: Firestorm, you see he's in a a laboratory, healing under CABAL's care. :3
