Thinking about it, Tails could still be called "Tails" as it could be a unigender nickname. The shift would be that she'd be called "Millie Prower".
I also like the use of contour design and how her body frame is more modest than overly idealized as most art tends to go; it's a refreshing break.
The background is also really nice in that it has a very soft gradient that I found appealing, and the gradient texture was also a plus. I especially like the cloudy look.
