Very nice, all the details are well in place... but the full view takes hours to load, you should be aware of that... so which part is the photo and which is the manipulation?

the female and the book are photos, the background is just another for the texture and it got some brushes on it and.. more textures.
how can I make the loading time take less time?

welcome... it's just that the pic is so huge so it takes a while to load as opposed to smaller pics, but it's not really important since you see well enough in normal view...
