The sky and tree are beautiful! Mmm... you'll think it's a little weird, but the photo remains me the bronchus (trunk of the tree), bronchioles(branches) and alveolus(the branches connecting with the sky) of the respiratory system.
Maybe the medicine is doing me badly hahaha (I study medicine).
