Took me a while to finish this when I it was just supposed to be a 'speed paint'... Did this to test myself on how rusty I got due to the long period I was gone.
I missed deviantART and my friends here. I'll be returning very soon! Balsa from the 'Guardian of the Spirit/ Seirei no Moribito' which is one of my favorite animes.
Original sketch was from the title screen of episode 7.

Ohhhh my god, Balsa! I haven't seen fanart of her in ages! That anime was so nice and relaxing somehow. It really was something else. Also, I love the colours of this and the painty style. It gives of a nice, warm, rough atmosphere. <3
