Heh, funny that "horrible" is a big compliment when saying it to Severus-drawing. But yes, so horrible and that is why I like him. 
(And I forget to say in the comment of another pic: I want to learn drawing with the colors and black&white [if that was what you ment by W&B, not sure] is easyeast to me, becouse I am scared to draw with colors. I think I ruin the pic.)

Of course, the 'horrible' is a compliment. Remember - Petunia calls him 'horrible' in HBP - and all what Petunia means as horrible should be great to us
yes, in the previous longer version of my comment I wrote 'White/grey/black' - but I once more time lost the message in a bug.
Actually, the monochromes, 'desaturated' and W&B pics are powerful to my eyes. BTW, they're very good for Snape, who's not very colourful by nature. So I think you can draw without too much colour without feeling bad about it. I know what you mean about the colours - I have the same fear

Severus is easy to keep W&B. He is so black/white person, that you maybe not even notice if he is colored or not.
