Are these officially made by Nintendo/Gamefreak/whatever? (Lol sorry, not too sure of who's in charge of the merchandise over at Pokémon) I have a similar one that I found at a videogame store but it's much lower quality. The paint on this one looks great, and Vaporeon has such a cute smile!

lol it also has where it came from on the figures somewhat if you check the pics like here Pokemon Collection 355 it shows =3 so i am guessing that is what makes it legit lol
