Ah yes, another Flight Rising dragon, this one is Oliver, another Imperial.I'm super proud of this on, the colors worked out so much better than I thought they would.
This one was done during a live stream I did over at Picarto.tv , its an awesome site where artists can stream while they work, I would definitly recomend checking out all the people who stream there. There is an NSFW section however, you have been warned!
