I like the recent posts with attempts of realism, but this just isn't very realistic, per say.
Let's start off with the main body of it. It's bump is weird, as apples usually have some type of "hilly" texture (i reccomend just using a cloud), and it doesn't look like there's any gloss on the apple. The texture and unwrapping just doesn't look very good, and i can tell that on a mesh like this it would be tough to unwrap, however you would be better off painting it from scratch or focusing on unwrapping and materials more.
Second, the stem. Looking at an apple stem, it's less of a barky texture and more of just a brown with some detailing at the top. Not only that, the "Perfect curve" does seem a little bit odd.
I like the leaf idea, but it's just "OK". It looks very thick, as if it was a gummy leaf, but with no subsurface scatter (which admittedly is tough, but if it is tough and unknown i reccomend leaving it out of the piece before it becomes distracting.)
However, you can improve SUPER easily.
Go grab an apple, or whatever you're imitating, and keep it in front of you while you model.
Trust me, i've done realism modelling before and having real life reference to work off of is amazing. (In case anyone comes from my page, I did do this on my apple painting goo.gl/LRfTcR )
Not only that, you can use proportional editing to stretch it out and add some disproportionality to it SUPER easily. Trust me, proportional editing is your best friend in something that's very bumpy, and getting a weird bump is tough to do otherwise.
I think you're fine enough to just set the stem to a brown, and if you're brave enough you can paint it yourself.
The leaf is fine, probably put some more research into it before it's in the piece.
I like this, though. It does feel very Scott-ish and amateurish, and maybe that was what you were going for, however, you can still improve.
Nice job.

I don't know why I made cirques available, I put no effort into this whatsoever, it's just a quick model for a college project, if I wanted to make a genuine apple model, I'd at least watch a few tutorials fist cuz I've never made an apple, or any kind of fruit before.
Β (i reccomend just using a cloud) <-- Are you talking in Internal here?

No. You can use cloud textures in cycles. Just use a noise node.
