Talon from League of Legends, with a cute bebeh Polar bear ^_^. Ever wonder why Talon's hood is pulled down so low?! Well... now you know. His dear Polar Bear fashioned it that way, and Talon has left it as such ever since :3A commission for !! For her dear friend's birthday. What a nice friend, right?! ;^; If only everyone was as nice as her. Happy birthday to your friend!!! I hope she likes it <3
