My precious children Enharmonic and Discord. Just in time for February.Discord likes to do the heart thing with his hands around her because when he was younger he never realized you could do that but then she did it to him once and now he thinks it is the cutest thing to do.
Also Discord's stripes don't change colors anymore because that doesn't make much sense. Now they're just red.

Weel, it was kinda just a test an I kinda made up the way I did it based on this one thing tutorial I saw a longgg time ago.
Basically you outline them (an I think I used the brush tool to do it so that the lines would look softer) and color them in using the cloud tool. Then there's this option called "Effect" (could be something different on your version of SAI) that has the options of "(none)" and "Fringe". Choose "Fringe". You can then play with that a little. I think I had it set at three or somefin. After that you can make an extra layer and put it on top and add coolio colors to it. Using effects like "Overlay" and "Multiply" can look cool. You just gotta play around a little.
