Description
When I first saw the template, I really wasn't sure what I was gonna do. I didn't really wanna do the whole hand thing... but then I ended up doing it. The drawing kinda took a crazy turn, and it was actually pretty fun!

When I saw the lines that make up Rosaline's bun, well, I decided I was going to use Rosaline. She's the main character I have who wears a bun. Then, for some reason, I decided that the other hand was going to belong to someone else. That person became Matrix, her brother. I ended up giving them both noses since the template had a sort of nose in it. Rosaline is saying something like, "WOW, WHAT A CRAZY PLACE!" and Matrix is laughing confusedly, saying something like, "What the heck are we even doing here?"

The background was kind of random and it changed even while I was coloring it in. There's a 3-D river, a machine that makes storm clouds, and balloons in the air that turn storm clouds into happy clouds. I don't know why this is happening, but it is.

Doing this has kind of encouraged me to keep practicing backgrounds, anatomy, and coloring. I haven't had ideas of what to draw in a long time (well, at least, ideas that I actually felt like drawing), so this was able to motivate me in a way. I started it feeling not all that interested in doing it and came out of it pretty satisfied.

Here's to another DeviantART birthday. My account is turning 6 years old in September. I can't believe I've even been around here that long.
