Description
Was accepted into this wonderful place ^__^
Naru's information is below.
Name: Nahrus ‘Naru’ -[ Will take master’s surname ]
Age: 2.6 years (Around 25 years)
Gender: Female
Height: 75cm | 5’11” *befitting a large breed*
Breed: Saarloos/Alaskan Husky (mutt)
Job: Stray
Partner: None
Sexual orientation: Heterosexual | Dominant female
Personality:
-Aggressive (At a glance): Once a loyal, and loving female, her disposition had turned ill towards most humans. Initially, she is quite quick to bite, labeling her aggressive around other canines and humans. However, physical altercation is always her LAST resort. She would rather snap and growl to keep the more bold and curious it bay. A disciplined (or surprisingly gentle!) hand would be needed to get this beast under control.
-Quiet: More befitting the minute wolf blood, she does not ‘bark’ but howls, and only in the cases of ‘searching’. Regardless of her form, she does not talk too much and even then her voice is quite low.
-Protective: Though she would choose not to acknowledge this, she is fiercely protective over things/people or worth. Initially, she might imply disinterest with a turned back or upturned nose, but eventually the desire to covet turns her around to shield whatever or whomever has her affection.
-Playful (Over time): In her earlier months, she was deemed a jubilant spirit, always looking to play and explore with her human charges. She holds this desire still, but keeps it very well hidden unless stimulated.
-Intelligent: Having grown up with children, she has a grasp on what ‘is’ and ‘is not’ a good idea, for both herself and those under her charge.
-Loyal (Over time): Unswaying to a fault. Even without her initial master, she is loyal to them still and would be hard-pressed to break from that bond. New loyalties can be formed over time, but would take a great deal of effort and patience.
History:
Not all pups were born in prestigious litters. Some were conceived on the streets of life. With only a dame to look after her and her siblings, the first weeks of life were difficult to say the least. But so distant was the memory that she could hardly recall it. It was not til her eyes had opened that the impressions of life began, and it was to a warm blanket and the soft touch of many tiny hands. A mother’s warmth was near, her scent just within reach, but it was nearly overwrought by the strong impression of something strange. Amidst the blur before her eyes, she could make out tiny shapes gleaming with and unknown excitement. Against her back, she felt the gentle rumbling of her mother to console her and to let her know that everything would be alright.
And too true, it was…. though without the presence of her dame and her few siblings.
From the found sanctuary of the Pet Center, the new pup was taken to a home in the residential park. Her new family was impressed with her ability to learn and saw to her every need and want for a happy life. Truly, things had been wonderful… but it was to her dismay that it would come to an end. As fast as she grew, her size grew with her, til she was more than a handful for the small family to tend to. Hard times had befallen the family, leading them to make a decision that harmed all; either suffer through the trouble and carry on with life, or remove a mouth to lessen the burden. It went without saying that human life prevailed over the dog, and in the process of downsizing their already crampt abode, they left their faithful companion to the wilds of the world.
In time, she came to understand that their abandonment was not without difficulty on their part, but that did not ease the pain placed upon her heart. Eventually the pain receded inward morphing an otherwise kindly disposition into a bitter one fitting the aggressive visage she bore. Days of jubilation became a memory; only the stuff of dreams. But in her reality there remains a sliver of hope that she might regain those happy times again.
Extra information:
-Though a mutt, she is more or less a working/guarding breed. Care of her requires a ‘purpose’.
-It is to be noted, she is NOT a gentle female. Certain actions may/can be regarded with aggression mainly as an instinct to protect herself.
-She is loyal, but quite selfish. She is a ‘one human’ animal, and expects her master to be a ‘one animal’ one.
-Depending on the human-dog relationship, she COULD be swayed to be a home with more than one pet.
*I rp quite frequently, as in multiple times a day frequent. But am also patient ^_^
