Boring? How so? I find the layout to be simple and effective. Great use of whitespace that makes the design not so clustured. Consider that simple and effective might have been the aim. Some of the best designs are simple.

I like everything about it except the logo... it doesn't signify a carnival or cell phones (to me at least)

thanks.... about logo ... couldnt figure out anything else after spending 8 hours on it.... so just made it out in the last 5 minutes and send it over..... any ideas ?
