Keep in mind that from being an AI to having a body is a big upgrade. The Core loves this body it controls. After the events of Murder Drones: Serial Designation U, Uzi kept going while having her Murder Core keeping her alive. But this Core has it's own AI, Core Uzi, formed by V's codes and Uzi's integrity (her memory chip+personality, basically her brain).

SD U being assembled with V's Core, having inside her a new being controlling her body. This AI had some of V's codes left, making itself not only violent, but naughty as well. CoreUzi cares only for herself, just like V. V kills for pleasure and food, so does CoreUzi.

Still, CoreUzi is a Dissasembly Core. V's mods made her not follow JCJenson orders, so she's a free psychogirl controlling a poor and damaged Uzi. The body control is mainly in Uzi's hands, but when she's weak or in panic, Core Uzi can take over to finish the job... violently.
