(Captain in nothing but his sickbay smock with a back opening shuffles in.)
"But but but... Why do I have to be naked and you're in a suit like that?!"
"Because Captain, You're such a ladies man that I can't take any chances in case you might be carrying something,
And anyways you have your way with every woman on this ship and this time as your doctor I'll be having my way with you for your checkup.
Now you just lay down and relax, I'll be gentle."
(Pats the bed, Captain shuffles over and nervously lays down. Doctor pats his tummy and wiggles her middle gloved finger)
"Now we're going to start with a prostate exam, just spread your legs. As I said I'll be gentle with you."
