We do not allow the submission of "Adult" or pornographic materials to deviantART under any circumstances. Such material will be removed immediately as it comes to our attention.

You are not allowed to post outside links to any website which hosts pornographic content.

The official definition of what is considered pornographic material is detailed elsewhere in the FAQ.

I just checked with Corbin Fisher, who owns images you have manipulated and posted. Their website clearly states:

You may not redistribute or create any derivative works based on the Website(s) or any of the materials contained therein. You agree that any such use is NOT “fair use”

That makes you a thief, and a lame one at that.

Well, to repeat, I do not steal, I ask the artists whether I can use their work, and they say yes. YES! SO I DON'T STEAL! Because (this arguments you will not understand, but anyhow) (a) art always builds on other art; (b) I don't even claim my own work to be art. (c) The Nazi's stole a lot of art in the way that you manage to steal stupidity. On top of your own.

While I would agree that art may build on that which has come before, it doesn't mean that you can steal someone else's art and make it your own. You can't take a scan of a painting by Rembrandt, apply a Photoshop filter to it and suddenly go "It's mine!" How deluded you are.

Believe it or not, ENCOURAGES people like myself to help them keep art thieves and other violators of the Terms of Service in check (have you actually READ them? I doubt it).

I actually have other art accounts. I have had my artwork stolen by arschloch such as yourself. Grow up, and try to do something original rather than take credit for the work of others.

Well, Kunstkenner, I don't "steal." I get permissions for the manipulation. No artist ever, ever, refused permission to have a manipulations done to their work. They all LOVE IT. For the obvious reasons. Everybody is pleased it people take interest in their work and do something with it. That's progress. That's creativity.

No, never. I prefer to create using my own imagination and ingenuity. Pulling random images from the Internet and applying Photoshop filters to them is not art, it's not creative, it's not unique. At the very best it's an exercise in technique that certainly should never be claimed as original. Your comments with the images you have appropriated make it clear your agenda is more about titillation than it is about creating art.
