Well, the higher iso settings can make it alot easier to take pictures at night or in darker conditions, but what you get for that is a sacrificing of qulaity, so its all about finding the balance. You might want to try keeping your iso setting all the way down for a little bit and try taking all sorts of pictures in differnt conditions. this will get you familiar with your cameras settins and its limitations. The other thing you would want to do is set the appature as low as you can (probably somewhere between 1.2 and 5.0 is the lowest your camera can go)and then let the camera choose the best shutter speed for the picture. This will give you some blury pictures so you may want to look at getting a tripod, or even a monopod.

In the end, its all a balancing act. Unless you go get a better camera, its all about balancing your exposure time (blurryness/movement of subject) with they lighting conditions (shutter speed) and the image quality (iso settings), so play around with it, and see what you can do.

I love you style and work, all the models look grate in each shot, you have a good vision of what you want to achieve, To become even better I think you need a new camera, it's only the quality of photo that lets you down, otherwise your a breath of fresh air, and welcome to deviantart
