OzzieAstaroth In reply to ??? [2012-03-01 00:06:01 +0000 UTC]
Awwww, hehe, so people tend to mock him when he's regressed because they know he is being punished for something? My character had a similar issue before getting a firm grasp on his powers. He would regress when embarrassed or stressed.
Hehe, sounds cute ^^ I mainly only do AR related RPs.

I do a wider variety of RPs, but I enjoy doing AR-centric RPs. Where do you roleplay at? I used to RP over instant messengers, but then I found mIRC. The~n I found F-chat.
As for Sefin, mm... people of his homeland would mock him. He left before it became public knowledge, but anyone with some knowledge of his homeland could get an inkling that something's wrong. He comes from a fictional land called Miskara - if someone knows about their culture , they can tell the problem by looking at the shape of the tattoo on his back.
While traveling, the problem is other people in general don't "get" it. They assume he's just some kid, so they don't take him seriously. His vice is pride, so he gets irritated by that easily, which in turn makes him sound more childish, which just perpetuates the cycle. He's actually pretty easy to get along with if he thinks (sometimes incorrectly) that he's being taken seriously. Because of his curse, he's actually a little uncomfortable around people of any age category, but he'd be curious to meet someone else whose been regressed, or is regressing, or can control their regression.
Just be careful about taking shortcuts for fixing him; after all, it is a curse, and the consequences for taking shortcuts are interesting (read: fun).

Hehe, I've RPd with "cursed" characters before. I usually RP over IM, rarely anywhere else. It could be interesting though. ^^

I used to use IM for RPing. However, I found mIRC was better for that. Then I was told about f-chat. [link] It is dedicated to roleplaying and I can usually find a large crowd of people with similar interests there. If you have not tried it out, check it out.
Anyway, yes, I think we'll have a blast. Pardon the late reply. Been busy as all heck.

I may check it out sometime. Thanks ^^
That's okay, I've been gone for the past few days anyway.

You're welcome. The picture's an interesting style; the use of glasses, people floating gin them. It's a little surreal. Do you plan to put that level of detail into more of your pics in the future?
By the way, what's a "base"?

You're welcome. I appreciate your endurance in drawing such detailed transformation scenes. Few people draw so many steps along the sequence, which makes your art stand out (especially the Mirror Cycle sequence). By the way, if you take commissions, I might hit you up sometime.

.///. Thanks again
I'm actually uploading something now I got commissioned, but I've never made commissions before, I may ask my watchers if they're interested, but if you want something we can arrange it :3

Let's. ^_^ I'm thinking of an idea. I'll send you a note soon (hopefully today or tomorrow) and we can bounce ideas back and forth.
By the way, I take it you're a fan of Warhammer 40K, judging by your profile. I like the setting; eager to play another tabletop game set in that universe.
Oh, and, Neil Gaiman is awesome, but I've really only read his "Sandman" stuff. Just fifth the fifth hardback volume in.

.3. ok, as you wish, I've more or less balanced some prices and I'll get some free time this days
I'm not a fan of Warhammer, I just liked the concept of the four gods of chaos, particulary, Slaanesh (Pleasure), Tzeentech (Smartassness) and Nurgle (End of all Cycles)
The Sandman is my favourite comic, a classic better than most of the books I've read, and a really really inspiring work :3

You're welcome. Also, that response? Was adorable!
^_^ I'd like to give you my thoughts on your art style. It's times like this that I really wish I had taken up art myself (I went instead with being a writer), so I could better express my thoughts on the subject.
But *puts on faux professorial glasses* I will do my best!
It's very colorful and sometimes cartoonish, which works well with ABDL artwork because it evokes an image of childishness in otherwise adult characters (well, the diapers help too :-P). Sometimes it seems you are aiming for a somewhat more realistic style, like with the angel or the blood elf, and those don't seem to work quite as well. Yet, I think (ironically) the diapers seem to look more natural on those latter types of pictures. Maybe just a coincidence. The diapers do seem a bit too thick around the sides (or just that they don't seem to sit right sometimes), I suppose, but I assume that's an artistic style thing, so don't worry much about my bitching on that point.
Um... *adjusts the glasses* Let's see... oh, I like how you depict a variety of canon characters, like Tarzan and the WoW elf. The scenes manage to look natural instead of just goofy.
My favorite pic at the moment is "The Best Toy". It's a cute picture, very playful. And the AR sequence you just finished is nicely done.
And... *glasses fall off, get crunched beneath heel* meep! ^_^; Ah, well, I suppose that's enough for now.

Pink-Diapers In reply to GearRyu [2012-02-28 08:13:06 +0000 UTC]
Well thank you for your comments in regards to my art work. "Professor" lol
Really, though I think your the first person to really talk about the divide between my cartoonish work and my more photorealistic stuff. My realistic work I've found is not as popular and I think honestly it has to do with my lack of ability in regards to that style. When viewing photorealistic work i've found that there's a lot less wiggle room in regards to making mistakes, or exaggerations. It looks real so, the diapers being a little off, becomes more obvious. Really I think all the mistakes become more obvious. One of the biggest hindrances I've found is that I really didn't have any good photo reference for realistic work. Often times I would find a picture and be forced to "add" a diaper into the final pic. This, of course, can add to the awkwardness of the figure. A diaper changes a lot of things, shading, point of balance and lighting just to name a few. Fortunately though, I've started a Tumblr account and have found some great blogs to use for reference pics. I've got a lot of realistic work planned, and hopefully I'll be able to fix some of the errors my past work has had.
In my work I really aim to capture a the emotions that go along with age play. Art has the unique ability to show emotion as well as a simple figure or activity. It's where normal (non-photographic) pictures I think fall short. It's nice to hear that my work is conveying that sense of childishness and mental youth that I'm aiming for.
I was surprised that "The Best Toy" was so popular with folks, I felt that it was full of technical problems. Show what I know
Anyhoo, thanks again. ^_^
