okay, i was thinking about drawing the scene of people are having war at the very begin pages and moving the scene of "the gang leader is discussing the assassin plan with the girl" to the part of the girl's memory while she's preparing her weapons to kill the chairman...is that too much?

having scenes of war at the beginning pages would be good, i'll do some drafts for that for you.
i think you should keep the order of the events involving the girl though. it would be kinda confusing and unecessary to put it in her memory, especially as the gang leader spoke to her only like 1/2 an hour before... i know this means drawing more pages but i'm sure it will be worth it. we would lose the element of tension if the time gap between her talking to the leader and firing at the chairman is like 2 pages...

yes, there is a reason for this. money of the future will be electronically stored, but that money is "official" and can be tracked via the person's ID by the government etc.
banknotes will still be held as an unofficial, 'underhand' black-market credit that can be used for secret purchases (or avoiding tax!) purely because they cannot be tracked. that is why those are being used in this deal.

the point is that the major wars are already over, there are only gangs that are struggling for control of minor towns and underground regions. there wouldn't really be many major gunfights... so the picture doesn't really fit.
also her face looks... odd, i can't quite say why
and her hair looks like it's alive o.O
gonna have to suggest a complete re-draw... i'll do a draft as soon as i can
