Okay to everyone out there who reads this I'm going to hold an art contest, the guidelines and rules are very straight forward (I hope)
Guidelines:
1) The Image must be oriented around either two or more of the following Animes:
Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, DragonBall/Z/GT, Digimon, Sailor Moon, Beyblades, (don't ask why for that one) (if you know this one) Crush Gear Turbo and well that's all I can think of for now, if you have another anime that you want to use tell me before drawing your pic and i'll tell you if it's okay.
2) The following combinations can NOT be used:
Pokemon and Digimon (unless it's really really good)
Crush Gear and Beblades (unless it's top notch work)
3) Cosplaying is allowed as well as one anime character in a costume of another anime character.
Rules:
1) No direct tracing of anime characters, not only is it illegal it's not the way to promote you talents.
2) No... (I'm sad to say this) ... Lugia's, im affraid that is you draw a Lugia I may be bias with my decision that also applies to Ho-oh drawing a Ho-oh or Lugia for that matter will give you an instant last place.
3) Have fun drawing
For the First, Second and Third place recipiants
First Prize: A Request of anything at all as long as it's not pornographic and a certificate to show your victory as the winner (and a possible DA subscription for 3 months in the future... but dont hold your breath)
Second Prize: An art trade or collaboration (you choose) and a certificate to show your Victory in second place (and a possible subscription to DA for 1 month in the future... but dont hold your breath on that thought)
Third place: just a certificate to show your Victory in thrid place.
(In seriousness would give the first and second place grabbers a deviantART subscription but I dont have any means to pay the deviantART folk to subscribe, when I do then it's possible)
