I was wondering how you use a pre-cut image?When I download it,it is still on a white background that I would have to cut out.Your help would be appreciated if you know.Thanks

Is the white background a transparency? If not, the selection tools in Photoshop will help you out. I only have Photoshop Elements, but it has a selector that you drag around and it lets you select large areas and, more or less, goes by color. It's generally called the Quick Selection tool or something like that. If worst comes to worst, you can use the eraser tool to carefully edge the picture and then select and delete the rest.
