OH well depends (((: If the pokemon is not a flying type, then it's affected by earthquake uvu unless is has this ability called levitate then its not uvu
BUT IDK LIKE TECHNICALLY IN THE ANIME some of the pokemons supposedly floating is still very near the ground so i have no idea ((:

I know about those abilities and stuffs, it just troubles me that they're depicted as flying/levitating but still affected by earthquake and while we're talking about that, won't the trainers get affected as well? Sorry captain

Another thing that I thought of, how can you even heal your pokemon while in battle? Like do you run up to it while dodging flame throwers and stuff and rub the heal on it?

But isn't it a really stupid strategy to shout what pokemon you're taking out? I mean your opponent could have a fire type and you're in the middle of shouting your water type's name when your opponent whips out a grass type, right?
