I had some Tips for you too. But you seem to keep with a style (kinda like I do) so I held off from saying anything.
But it looks like you ether use a line corrector or your line work is just way too thick. I would thin them up more. Cause your losing details with the thicker lines. I would use thicker on the outer side of the figure while using thinner ones for eyes and mouth and stuff like that. I was using thicker lines when I started but now I am only on about a .02 on my settings.

And about the lines, as digital (I'm a lazy artist I tell 'ya) I keep the same thickness in lines, when I have a lot of time I use thick for outline and think for small details and such. In traditional I only have fine point.

lol yeah that wasn't the animation i was talking about. the one i was talking about i never posted cause it was so bad. this was one i had done for a while and just now desided to post. 
mom liked owls so i did it as a thing for her. so i desided to put it here.
i can do simple things. simple motions, puting a background into the mix that isn't gomotion. 
thats a differint story.
