Yeah I haven't figured out what's causing that every time. I think it might be the few full-sized images that aren't thumbnails. I might change those and see if it helps.
Looks good, though! Cute character and I like the background cloud as well. One thing I'd recommend though is to erase part of that horizon line on the water so that it reads sharper. It's a divide between earth and sky, so it should reflect that sharpness in viewpoint.
