Woo! Inspiration~ I love it when people tell me that, that they read something I wrote and were inspired to go out and do their own. That's what writing ought to be, I think--an endless cycle of ideas and words that are borrowed from other places and made into something your own.

No, I'd never heard of the song, but I looked it up and I LOVE it. Thanks a million!

It's called The Silver City because... well, it was November and I was not feelin' creative about titles. XD The whole book is based on one image in my head--the view from a high apartment window, over a city of the future that shines like silver in the sun. That's the base for the entire story, so I just called it that after that picture. Not very imaginative, I know!

I like odd questions, by the way, so always feel free to ask them if they occur to you. Thank you again! I really like the song.

I've read a few of your pieces and I'm reminded of something my art teacher says, "Art is meant to capture and cause emotion without actually stating said emotion."
