But i'm glad you like it! I do think that each element deck has grown their own unique aesthetics, as I make more and more of each kind. The star deck sure has a lot of energy to their designs hehehe

SAME HAHA. I have a job interview tomorrow actually - excited but also nervous! Otherwise I'm doing okay, just got back from a trip so I am catching up on things. ALWAYS ART ALL THE TIME. I think there was a mass migration over here around Halloween kind of, me and a few other people Lil listed started our adopts stuff around then. It's a lot of fun! I'm still active-ish on Gaia, just been RPing less and drawing more lately. I'm really enjoying adopts though, I've already got a whole other species I need to sketch up on the computer later for an interest check.

Wonder if we have any adopts in the same species - need our characters to hang out again XD

Omg I hope your job interview went well! I just had one last week. At first I felt confident, but after the fact I was like naww I bombed it ;_; especially because I heard back that they're interviewing people the rest of this week for the position. I don't feel like I have a prayer. But yeah the job search is endless. Currently one of my jobs is a retail one during the holidays...WORST.

Just Halloween this year?? Wow I am so impressed with Gaia, still more or less going strong! I usually just post for a sec or too. I'm completely out of the loop there, but I really miss the motivation it gave me. I think I'm finding that again a little here, with the CS community. I like to have designs that have an active community around them. Otherwise I inevitably lose interest... That's so exciting! I don't have any species ideas myself; I would like to be able to draw some of the ones I own in a decent fashion XD

I don't have too many really popular ones but I did just get a Grem2 and some WDs toyhou.se/heliodorh/characters… I KNOWWW IT WAS GOOD TIMES. I haven't roleplayed in like....so, so many years! Argh! I just love that shit so much!

SAME <333 It's so crazy how small a world art stuff can be. I guess adopts really are just like old B/C.

If you'd like some drawing tutorials and stuff I can send some links your way, always happy to pass on what's available online : D www.ctrlpaint.com/ is a good place to start, lots of short helpful videos. A lot of it is just practice and looking at a lot of pictures of things and really understanding the anatomy of what you're drawing and how to simplify things in an appealing way. I've also saved a lot of stuff I come across on Tumblr, links....

Just take it one thing at a time though and always practice and keep drawing. The thing that's easy to forget on a place like DA is that artists post their best work, you're not seeing all the drawings they threw out first for a pose or the mistakes they made before they corrected everything into the piece you see. It's just part of the process and everyone goes through it. ART IS HARD.

NEVER NOT DRAGONS I should design a dragony adopt species or something >___> I really like skeleton-y pets too but I am in for quite a wait till next Halloween. My next species in progress has scales though I guess that's a start. If you want to give me some colors or a theme I can make you one if I end up doing a practice batch.

Ves is on DA I think maybe....? Let me see if I can find them later. They are definitely on gaia again (same username as ever) I just don't know how super active they are.

Omg GREM! I've got an art trade to finish with MrGremble that I should hopefully get to work on this week, and after I'm done I'll have a Grem MYO slot so I'll run what I design by you : D GREM FRIENDS or GREM FRENEMIES.

Omg yes please!! You are too sweet! Tysm! Those are super useful to me! I am like, totally intimidated, but I've been saying for years, I'M LEGIT GONNA PRACTICE AND MAKE IT HAPPEN I REALLY WANT TO. I just need to get over it looking like shit for a long time lmao. I seriously can't grasp how legs function rofl. I get past the neck of anything just by eyeballing it and then I'm like WUT. gahahahueue I'm sort of okay with people seeing 95% bullshit in my gallery because I feel like seeing those early images helps other people get confident too. But of course I understand when people scrap that stuff or don't upload it. I've got many years of flailing ahead of me before I have to worry about that though. 8D Ahh I have so many fun scenes and ideas in my head and I really want to make them real MY way, instead of commissioning every single one (not that my artists aren't FANTASTIC, I just want to feel my characters out). 

I got a really old tablet from my sister who has a legit one now. I had to get a replacement stylus for it, so that should be coming this Wednesday. I have never used a tablet before, so I'm like O_O {VIBRATES WITH CONCERN AND ANTICIPATION} there is a MYO contest I want to enter, SOME TIME, when I'm not working retail every single day before Xmas lmao.

You should do that! I know of Fumis, but I'm not sure there's any other big dragon CS besides them?? OH I know I love Halloween adopts :'D I am sad Halloween is over. All the best shiz comes out around then. 

Ahhh that is so great! I could sign onto Gaia some time and ask them...I'm not sure if they'd remember me; I sorta wish I hadn't changed my Gaia username, but I did that to avoid someone on there following me. Everybody just knows I'm Risth though so I'm like dernit.
