Dude. I don't want to be harsh here but this is not cool? I can own any design I want, whether I draw it or not. There is no requirement about that on the design. I write stories with my characters, as I say above in my profile, because I suck at drawing. It took me a friggin' week to draw my MYO Nume entry, and I was in the hospital part of that time lol. I care a lot about my characters. They're extremely special to me too, that's why I got them. None of my Numes are for sale/trade or ever will be. I can tell you already know it's really not cool to do this in the adoptable community. I recognize your icon; you were trying to win him as well. Like, I'm sorry, but I got him fair and square? :/ I don't think Tikrekins would be okay with this either. So please don't do this kind of thing on my page.

I was inspired by previous MS Paint artists here (and on Neopets too). It took forever, but it's definitely worth it! I know you can do it!

Thank you!! Can I ask which other Paint artists you admire here? And also, do you end up saving like five million copies of the picture you're working on? Because without layers I seriously saved like 15 versions of my first attempt since I had to keep deleting parts for new lines e.e it feels impossible to use anatomy lines like many drawing tutorials suggest. I still have a very poor instinct for color and shading.

There used to be an MS Paint group, but they disappeared, and a lot of my favorite artists were in there. I can't remember all of their names, but I have always loved fudge 's work and pandapoots work also.
I usually only work on one layer, but for some of my MS Paint drawings, I will make the background and then paste the character in; especially for my spray can pictures. It was a lot easier that way.

Wow I looked at those people you mentioned, and holy crap it really blows my mind what can be accomplished with Paint! I had no idea! I actually have a full version of PS I got off BitTorrent years ago (shh XD;; ) but I feel like drawing with the mouse/brushes in it is way too hard. e_e Hence Paint. But I think I'm going to try working at it more.

And you're welcome! It really helps to study other peoples work to see how they achieve the desired results. I used a bunch of tutorials in the past (again, also part of the group that's not there anymore).

I'm so sad those tutorials were lost D: !! I made a few more attempts and then erased them because I was like X'D this...is so...bad... My partner is actually pretty good at drawing so she was trying to give me tips. I can tell this is gonna be a 'screw around and draw terribly for a long time and then eventually it looks kinda-not-bad' experience XD
