# About me
Hi everyone my name, if you don't already know, is Colin! And that's pronounced "Call-in" for those of you who didn't graduate middle school! Last time I checked I wasn't an anal cavity! Lol :P Sorry if I sound offensive but I'm just so sick and tired of people calling me Colon! Thanks a lot "COLON" Powell..stupid moron, it's thanks to him that people call me that. But now that he's out of office (thank god) people are actually calling me by my real name again!! :)Anyway so about me
Games:
If you've looked at my gallery you can obviously tell that I love the Kingdom Hearts series! It's my all time favorite video game series! I love other video game series as well such as Uncharted, Tomb Raider, Jak and Daxter, etc. I'm mainly an action/ adventure/ platformer/ 3rd person shooter- with a little RPG thrown in here and there once in a while Type of gamer.
Superheroes:
I am a huge fan of superheroes, especially: The Flash!! The Flash has been and always will be my favorite super hero of all time! Barry Allen has got to be my favorite flash by far and then Wally West after that! I'm not a huge fan of Bart (kid flash/impulse) or Jay (the original flash with the silver hat). But I think the reason I like the flash so much is because I relate to him more than I do to any other super hero. I especially love to run! And actually in one of the movies "Flashpoint Paradox" Barry at one point has a seizure and I have had seizures since I was 13. There are just so many things that I feel connect me to The Flash which is why I like him the best! I'm definitely a DC fan boy though that's for sure...but I do like a lot of Marvel heroes as well.
Art:
I obviously love art, otherwise I wouldn't be on here ;) I love basically all types of art except those that post pictures of themselves nude just to get faves. I'm not a fan of those unless they have some type of class to them unlike a lot of pics you can tell aren't trying to be art but just trying to show off they're body, which doesn't interest me at all.
How I find inspiration:
I find inspiration all over the place! I literally keep my eyes and mind wide open and if I see anything that catches that unique side in my brain, I make sure to write it down so I don't forget about it later on if I want to use it for something like a story, poem, drawing or even a song. I mean I pay attention to the simplest details such as flickering lamp posts, strange looking clouds, how the water flows in lakes and I especially love the rain!! The rain gives me huge inspiration!
Friends and Hardships:
Growing up, I had and still do have "some" good friends but most of my older friends have just "changed" should I say and it's hard for me to see them in a different light than how I remember them. But luckily now I have started to gain some new friends that I talk to almost every day at work unless we aren't working that day and if we aren't, we still keep in touch on FB whenever we get the chance! I feel really blessed to get to know all of my new friends...especially one who just asked me to be one of his groomsmen at his wedding coming up later this year (2014) with only knowing him for a few months or so! I was completely surprised!!
I'm basically a loner, I never really fit into any of the major cliques or smaller ones either while in school. I'm a pretty smart guy and graduated middle school at like #1 or 2 in my class and then graduated HS with about a 3.5 GPA. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go to college do to money issues and due to having to move so much, but I'm okay with that. But the hardest thing that's happened to me occurred in August of 2013. I unfortunately lost my father and it was really hard on me because I was the only one of my siblings who was with him for my entire life. I'll spare you the full detail, but I know that he's still here with me and the rest of my family looking after us (no doubt making fun of us too :P ) and telling us that we need to keep pushing forward and telling us to live "NO DAY BUT TODAY"!

Ah, nice! So we have some different opinions in the games!
I just couldn't stand the card system in COM which is why it's last on my list...that style of battling wasn't my favorite. And even though a lot of 358/2 Days was RECON missions I really enjoyed getting to play as roxas the entire game, not to mention the multiplayer aspect with all of the org. 13 members and sora and the gang to play with! Also the story was very well played out as well!

I actually enjoyed COM quite a lot. The combat system is an acquired taste, I guess. It was a nice change from the gameplay of KH1 which was the beginning of something great. 358/2 Days didn't interest me too much. I played it and was displeased with how they executed it. I don't think it should have been on the DS but that's just me.

Hgmm...I guess you're right...another one of my friends likes COM better as well, but I know a lot of people who feel the same as me so I guess it HAS to be an acquired taste.
Oh, I loved 358/2 Days! But I agree with you that none of the KH games should have been put on the handheld systems...either that, or they should have made them all for more than one system!!! They really needed to stick with one system and release all the games on it, but you know how people are...they're all about Money Money Money...I hate it!!

So tell me, who was your favorite character from BBS? Mine was Terra. I loved how he struggled with his darkness throughout the story but I hate how he lost his body to Xehanort. I'm hoping he can be saved in KH3 or DDD.

I would have to say mine was Ventus. I'm a huge Roxas fan and seeing as Ventus's heart was given to Sora and when it was released when Sora became a heartless which in turn created Roxas, which is why he looks like he does...was a very interesting concept to me, and I feel like I felt the pain of Ventus...not really knowing why you exist and who you are...I just really connected with his character. I feel we are a lot alike. Plus I loved his fighting style and moves in the game...epic!

I think mine has to be The Nightmare before Christmas because it's my favorite movie ever and getting to interact with my favorite movie characters is so amazing!!! Actually I picked this game series up for that main reason, and now it's my favorite too!!
But I also really enjoyed the Tron, Pride Lands, and Stitch worlds a lot too! Actually I love all of the worlds so much it's just so hard to pick, but I think those were a few of my favs.

My favorite Kh world... I would have to say the Pride Lands or Hollow Bastion. I loved that you turned turned into a lion with new abilities and it was great to fight beside Simba himself! I picked Hollow Bastion because it has so much history in the KH world. I really loved the KH1 version of it with it challenges. Then it kept recurring and we even got to see it before it was "Hollow Bastion" but we got to see Radiant Garden. I enjoyed that greatly.

Nice! Yeah I loved how Sora changed into cub Sora in the Pride lands, that was very cool and interesting...and I also agree with you on the Hollow Bastian/ Radiant Garden aspect as well. I loved the challengingness of the KH1 version although it made me angry at times trying to figure out where to go lol. And then having it reoccur in KH2 and BBS was just fantastic!!
I forgot to mention that I really enjoyed the Timeless River world as well, I loved seeing Sora's transformation there as well, not to mention getting to play in classic Disney and black and white was just purely amazing!!
