Sorry to burst your bubble, but there's this principle of the internet that you don't seem to grasp, and that is that anyone, literally ANYONE can say they are literally ANYONE else and make it seem believable. They can say anything about themselves and as long as their IRL personal friends don't publicly testify otherwise to disprove it, that's what they are to the rest of the internet. For some reason on this site that concept has been lost to a great many people.

He never said anything about video proof of the rape itself, and taking it that way make you seem foolish. He asked for sufficient proof, and later specified in the form of a video, i.e. a recorded newscast or court hearing. He didn't demand anything. He informed his watchers and viewers of his opinion of Brianna's story, an opinion which is quite logically sound. Providing a story such as hers without evidence, posting it on the internet rather than reporting it to the authorities, and not linking any kind of news article or police report seems extremely fishy.
     And before you use the excuse that she was "ashamed to report it," the fact that she posted about it here, publicly for the entire internet to see, shoots that out of the sky fairly instantly. Reporting it to the authorities guarantees her certain rights, such as protection under the Witness Protection Program and at least a court hearing. Posting it here, and the way she did, does nothing except garner faceless sympathy from anonymous users and also harassment from people who are calling bullshit on what very much appears to be exactly that.

As for the second link, where is the story where he claims she "deserved" to be raped, providing her story is true? I see two reddit posts of hers betraying possible dom-reciever/rough sex fetishes on her part, but that she deserved her rape? That is quite a stretch of the truth, and to me it appears deliberately misleading. Your supposed story is literally nonexistent.

In your defense, the way he goes about calling Brianna out is in my opinion unprofessional and appears more spiteful than a simple call to bring forth evidence for an accusation. But his position is logical and his requests of Brianna are not excessive.

I advise you to check your facts, learn both viewpoints, and above all DO NOT falsify accusations or tell half-truths to people, as you have done to me here. If this were a court of law you would likely be held in contempt of court at best, and at worst convicted of perjury(which is considered a felony under U.S. courts) and sentenced to up to five years in prison.

Also, I find it quite ironic that you would follow him to my profile just to tell me he's been stalking people, as you are stalking him by doing so.

Okay, I stand corrected on the use of the judicial system bit. My apologies. But still, at least a link to the court hearing would have been appreciated. 

And as for the deviant in question, the one you followed onto my profile, she's made two. Not hundreds. She hasn't deliberately sent them to her friends, family, and employers with malicious intent; the only way they would find these claims is if they made a specific search for them(why anyone would deliberately go searching for whether or not someone has been raped is beyond me).

As for the rape fantasy, I really don't see how that is a false story. The screenshots taken were very clear and obviously unedited, and the redditor who made the posts shares the same username as Ms. Bater's profile here. Again, not trusting those screenshots still as it could all have been a joke on her part, but with no definite statement from Brianna or reddit personally we can only assume they're genuine until proven otherwise.

I don't think it's okay, in fact I called n0-username out on it because the way she conducted herself and her wording in her journal was quite rude and unprofessional.

As for "coming forward and talking about their rape story", you seem to miss the point here. DeviantArt is by no means the place to do that. Despite the sympathetic communities here, there are as you know, deliberate trolls and skeptics, the latter I and n0-username would prefer to be called, but the choice is ultimately up to you. Talking about your rape story should likely be relegated to a much more "private" social media site, such as Facebook(where users can edit their accounts so that only local-area users can see their accounts and cannot recieve friend requests, only give them). This would effectively eliminate the anonymity of trolls and their ilk and make harassers much easier to confront.

Are you understanding how she may not have made the best choices here? Quit being condescending and let's have a civilized chat.
