Here are my rules when you buy from me:

Bullet; Pink You own the design once I receive and confirm payment.
You can change the design however you'd like once it's yours.
You should try to credit me whenever you use the character but at the very least, if someone asks or mentions the design specifically, please mention me.
You may resell/trade the design for the same amount that you purchased it from me.
Bullet; Pink You own the design but not the original artwork that I made. This means that I reserve the right to use that original drawing for any other purposes (other than selling the design to anyone else for character use—as you now own it).
For example, I may reuse the line art or use a previously sold design as an example on my website. (Nothing that takes the character from you! The design concept is yours to use once you buy it.)
Bullet; Pink Let me know if you plan to use the character for commercial purposes so that we can work out the details.
