Yeah im an admin of a uk cosplay group on facebook that has over 750 people in it so far and i uploaded all my pics into that too, but no luck so far, all i can do is wait and hope to get in contact with some of the people i got photos of, and maybe even who took a pic of me XDΒ

I was reading a fanfic (a while back) and it had some British lingo, and I don't trust Google or Bing etc.. anyways, so I figured I'd ask someone who is actually in GB.
What exactly is a shag? I am dead serious.
Over here, shag means like 70s-80s carpeting. Like shag carpets in a Winnebago or in a basement. Or shaggy, as in meaning 'you need your haircut, it's looking shaggy." or Shaggy from Scooby-Doo.
So I'm assuming that people wouldn't install carpet in a house in a fanfiction. Sorry,Β I'm stupid
