You know, the more I think about it the more I think I read it in one of those "how to draw manga" books that came out forever ago in Forbidden Planet :v talking over a decade ago here so showing my age.
I am racking my brains for more that it said, er, I think to put shines on eyes/white highlights to use white ink or white gel pen, and if you use art markers (copic, tria markers, promarker etc) I think it said something like you can define shadows to give it that "cell shading" look by gently drawing around the block of shadow with coloured pencil. Errr. Yes and the chalk pastel thing can work as blush highlights for lips/cheeks etc. Now I think that is all my knowledge hahaha!

Okay, first off, you've got to start with white base makeup for 2D, right? And could that work Cy/Noodle too?
Second, what would you say about eye makeup after putting the sclera lenses in? Because I rim my eyes with a lot of kohl pretty much every day, but I've noticed that you tend to put bruisey-looking shadows on underneath instead.
And, third, can you tell me how to contour my jawline?
Again, I'm so fucking sorry for bothering you with this, but I have no clue what I'm doing.
