I have drawn about ten pictures since I last posted on DA but my scanner makes everything look really ugly and so does taking pics with a camera and uploading pictures...I know some people do traditional art and it scans pretty nice...I wonder how they do that!

Oh~...Well, I just usually stick it into my scanner, and it just scans. It's a new scanner, but it's terrible at working and connecting. When it works, it's pretty good. ^0^ Well, anyway, have you ever thought of doing digital art? I just started digital art, and it's not very good, but all I need is paint (I also use GIMP) and a mouse. Well, I hope you find another way to post drawings! Good Luck!

Ahh I don't think I could try to learn digital art, because it seems like something like that requires a true passion and a want for learning and I'm too busy with college and work and I like to do read or do crafts in my spare time :/ Oh and btw I think your art style is really cute

I like takutoxmeroko and merokoxizumi though! I feel that way because...you know how in every shoujo manga that ever exists, there is always two main guys that the girl has to decide between, the good prince guy and the bad boy that secretly has a good side that only the girl brings out? fruits basket,princess tutu, kitchen princess,mamotte lollipop,vampire knight are all like that. and let's just say instead of the bad boy with a good heart, i prefer the kind and gentle boy in 90% of shoujo mangas In real life too, I would prefer the goody goody kindhearted prince type guy, than a secretly nice bad boy. And Eichi is the nice prince one in FMwS! I feel like Eichi really understood Mitsuki and takuto is too forceful. Some girls think its sexy when a guy pushes them against the wall to kiss them or gets all passionetly angry, but I prefer someone gentle and nice Either way is fine, just depends on what you like! anyways, sorry for the long reply :/

Hmm I never thought of Daichi and Takuto as "bad boys". They're really not. They're just tsundere-they can't be honest with their feelings right away because they're insecure and easily get hurt. I find this cute and more realistic than a boy like a prince, so they're easier to sympathize with.

I don't agree that Eichi understood Mitsuki better than Takuto. Nor do I think Takuto is more forceful. Actually I think it's much more the other way around! Don't forget that Eichi FORCE-KISSED Mitsuki when she was TEN without even thinking about her feelings. (I really hated him for this) This traumatized her and she sat in the hall and cried. When Takuto pushed her down on the bed, she pouted and told him to get out and he did, without hesitation. He didn't try anything romantic after that until Mitsuki began to make the moves.
It shocks me that Eichi fans always seem to forget about those scenes!

I support MerokoxIzumi but Izumi was WAY more forceful with Meroko than Takuto ever was with Mitsuki. Takuto does EVERYTHING for Mitsuki and Izumi didn't treat Meroko very well until the end. I don't like MerokoxTakuto at all because when she wasn't physically abusing him, she was using him as rebound for Izumi and/or trying to ruin his relationship with Mitsuki. I hated this. It was incredibly selfish on her part.

Passion is a big-turn for lots of girls because if a character passionately hates, that means he can passionately love.

Oh I don't think Takuto and Daichi were really "bad", that was just a term I used. They aren't bad, they just act tougher than the prince character, and have a harder time showing their feelings, but of course I don't think they are ever jerks or anything! And I remember the forceful kiss between mitsuki and eichi, I just chose not to mention that haha although I'm glad takuto ended up with mitsuki, then I can take eichi for myself

I like meroko and izumi in the manga world because they are all passionate and rawr, but I would never ever like a couple like that in real life. If a guy treated a girl like Izumi did to Meroko and the girl ran after him all these years even though he was mean to her, people would have an intervention with that girl or tell her to call a help hotline. But somehow it makes sense in a manga or anime, but of course the manga was about shinigami and magic, so I can't really complain about things not being realistic.

And of course passion in a guy isn't bad at all! Just depends on what your cup of tea is, some girls are into that and some aren't. I'm 19, and sexy passion like that scares me. Because in a manga, when you get a guy thats all passionate like that, we can see what his true motives are and what his thoughts are. You can't do that in real life so it's like is this guy passionate or is he just being a jerk? anyways, I'm really enjoying our discussion!

On a side note, when I choose what pairing I"m going to root for, I tend to be biased. I don't pick who I think would go well together, like you do with Mitsuki and Takuto. I tend to pick my favorite character who I love, and whoever they love in the series, thats who I think they should end up with because I want them to be happy Eichi is my favorite, so I wanted him to get his girl. And you know naruto? well naruto is my favorite character, and he really loves sakura. So I don't care who would make the better pairing or who sakura likes, I want her to like naruto back so he can be happy

My first kiss was stolen from me at a young age too. I cried later, just like Mitsuki did. I think seeing that just brought back bad memories of my own experience. X(

Some prince types are done really well though. Have you read Koko Ni Iru Yo by Tooyama Ema? Hinata was a wonderful prince! I like Kazehaya from Kimi Ni Todoke too-what a sweetie. XD

No i haven't read koko ni iru yo since my library doesn't have it :/ but yeah, i loved kazehaya from kimi ni todoke!

oh and on a side note, isn't it weird when libraries have volumes 1,2 and 7 from a series or something random like that? and then you're like, well how am i supposed to read the rest of it?

I read Koko Ni online at mangafox and I liked it so much that I bought it. :'D I read a lot of manga online and if I like them enough, I buy them :3

I don't normally like "prince" guys because they feel so fake and one-dimensional to me. I think it's hard to like a character that is only part of someone's memory for practically the entire story, save the end. When I learned what Eichi did to such a young, innocent girl, I grew to dislike him even more. I just don't get it. Why do people like this guy so much!? o_O All of his actions simply felt "creepy" to me.

I'm normally biased with couples too but there are some exceptions. XD Like Ichi was actually my favorite in Mamotte Lollipop....but he's way too good for Nina. XD He deserves someone who actually has a brain. *shot*
(sorry, Nina's stupidity got on my nerves XD)
