I have looked through your gallery and I must say that I'm impressed. You have improved a lot since your first posted drawing. You're working hard to achieve what you want and I'm glad that you're not one of those people that are all like 'This is amazing, don't flame!' but rather stating that you do need to improve. Your work is good, but not great just yet but I believe that it will be as time goes on. Some pointers from me are: work on drawing hands, you are good at drawing faces but hands are the hardest thing to draw, along with feet. I don't even draw them properly xD Also, your work would look better if you shaded it with different pencils (HB, 4B, 5H, etc.) because you can achieve a nice softness or hardness you your lines with different ones - I believe that you tend to use only one type of pencil in your drawings 
You're welcome, of course, to ignore all of this and go on with your life.
